This chain combines the best features of D.I.D’s Professional V Series O-Ring chain and their top-selling Premium VM Series X-Ring chain for maximum performance. The patented low friction X-Ring design reduces friction by twisting between the side plates, resulting in smoother handling, reduced power loss, and quicker response. The VX Series is also 7% more rigid and has a longer lifespan than D.I.D’s previous VM Series chains. The X-Ring design offers overall improved performance that meets the demands of today’s high-performance machines, with half the friction of an O-Ring chain and 1.5 to 2 times longer wear resistance. Suitable for motorcycles up to 800cc, the D.I.D Pro-Street VX Series X-Ring Chain has an average tensile strength of 8,210 lbs and a wear life index of 3,500.
